Imran Alli R. Rozzfaisal is a Legal Associate at Fahda Nur & Yusmadi. He commenced his pupillage at the Firm and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2025. Upon completion of his pupillage, he was retained as a Legal Associate and continues to be involved in a broad range of civil, commercial and Syariah disputes.

Imran is actively involved in litigation matters and regularly assists the Firm's partners in the conduct of court proceedings at various levels of the Malaysian courts. His experience includes legal research, drafting of pleadings and submissions, preparation of witness evidence and trial bundles and assisting in the conduct of hearings and trials. He adopts a rigorous and solutions-oriented approach to litigation and is committed to advancing clients' interests effectively and strategically.

Throughout his practice, Imran has assisted in a number of significant commercial and corporate disputes. These include successfully defending a state government-linked company, its directors and subsidiary against a minority oppression claim under Section 346 of the Companies Act 2016, acting for a state government-linked healthcare group in a commercial dispute arising from share sale and shareholders' agreements following the acquisition of a private healthcare services company. He is also part of the team acting for a fintech company in resisting claims amounting to approximately RM1.1 million.

In addition, Imran regularly assists in Syariah-related matters under the supervision of Fahda Nur Ahmad Kamar, where he is involved in the preparation and conduct of Syariah proceedings and advisory work.

During his university years, Imran was actively involved in mooting competitions, which strengthened his advocacy skills, legal reasoning and ability to present structured and persuasive arguments. His mooting experience continues to inform his analytical approach to dispute resolution and courtroom advocacy.
